Cape Fynbos Gin

It is not without reason that the South African gin professional Christian Wilderer's reputation precedes it. And he also proved to have a good hand with this Cape Fynbos Gin, which was distilled four times in a copper kettle. Complex herbal aromas, orange, honey, white pepper, cloves - and of course the typical South African fynbos make this gin a real treat.

With 33 plants from the genus Fynbos

In order to achieve its extraordinary taste, the gin is enriched with 33 plants of the genus Fynbos in addition to premium juniper berries. These include Wild Dagga, Honeybush, Devil's Claw, Bushman's Ecstacy, Renosterbos, Cancer Bush, African Wormwood and African Potato. Before distillation, these plants are macerated in the alcoholic base to optimally bind the herbal aromas.

The gin achieves its incredibly high quality by gradually blending it with pure mountain spring water from the Franschhoek Mountains.
